What is a store map?

A store map matches grocery items to aisles. In order for the software to print your aisle-by-aisle list, it needs to know what items are on what aisles. Simply Shopping is collecting a worldwide database of store maps that are created and submitted by users like you.

You can map any store yourself by using the tools that the software provides. But it's easier for you to update an existing store map than to create a new one from scratch. That's why we offer a ready-made Kroger store map to accompany the software. This Kroger store map was created by another user of the Simply Shopping software. Most likely this Kroger location is different than yours, but you can save yourself hours of time by starting with this Kroger store map and modifying it to suit your needs. What happens when you go to a different supermarket? The same software works for all food stores. You simply create a store map for each store you want. You can print the same grocery list twice, once for the Kroger store and once for another store. Each list will have the same items, but the aisles and order will be different.

What happens when they move the items or the change the store aisles? You simply tell the software the new aisle layout, and you're in control again.
